Open MyChartHow your care works
Every patient’s plan is different, but care generally moves through three connected stages.
Your team reviews your history, symptoms, imaging, and test results, then completes a focused neurologic examination.
You discuss the diagnosis or questions still being evaluated, treatment choices, and the goals that matter most to you.
Your After Visit Summary, follow-up appointments, labs, imaging, referrals, and medications keep the plan moving between visits.
One coordinated team
Attending neurologists and supervised MS & Neuroinflammation clinical fellows work alongside advanced practice providers, nurses, clinical pharmacists, neurodiagnostic and infusion teams, coordinators, social work, and patient navigation.
Your primary care clinician remains an essential partner for general health, screening, and concerns outside specialized neurologic care.
